I had to do some re-wiring on the dually today. Installed a 7-blade hitch connector and a brake controller. At some point, someone had installed a brake controller, but the wiring was a bit scary. 14 gauge wire on a 30 amp power ciruit :eek1: To compliment that, 14 gauge wire was used for the brake power wire. All that got replaced with 10 gauge wire, and proper nuts were installed on terminal lugs for auxillary ciruits off the fuse box.

This Saturday, I'll be going back to OKC to retrieve my K5 with a flatbed car hauler. Dual axle with 4 brakes, it's gonna be a fun ride back :D

:D It's all good. Aside from the trailer harness and brake controller, everything is still good... well, except for the hazards, but I'll fix that in a few days.
