I'm trying again. I dumped all my progress because it was too meandering, and started over.

    I digress

Tell me this is not the greatest ****ing dual referential chapter heading and introductory sentence combo in the history of mankind.

Get both references and you win a intellectual punk reward badge. Pin it on your hoodie you ****ing poser. Or not. Whatever.

Why the **** do I only get inspiration at night?

    I hate the ****ing sun...

...I apologize Sir Sun. You serve the most vital need, and are the cornerstone of existance. Peace be with you, and blessing be upon you.

    You got Hamlet right

Which line from the Stone Of Tears are you referring to?

Amen. Not very inspiring when these are combined. It's hard to tell when it's out of context. Why do you like it so much?

I only get the "to sleep perchance to dream" Hamlet reference.

And I think it's a good intro, maybe a comma or two less in the sentence.

I get you on the staccato, I think the comma after "and so" kind of clumsied it up for the reader, I like this:

To die. To sleep. The man could do neither, and so he sat, and he dreamed, and stared off into nothing.

feel free to tell me to fugg off though, writing is a personal thing so I understand.
