Won the D60 last night, and hadn't heard from the owner until tonight. We were discussing plans for picking up the axle up at his home in Long Island, then he says he is a New York City Firefighter and he could save me some driving time by bringing it to his fire station in Manhattan. Now I am really looking forward to the trip. Last time the wife and I were in Manhattan was March 2001 and we went to the top of the WTC. Nine months later I was in Afghanistan, and now I get a chance to see ground zero, meet one of New York's Bravest, and pick up my D60. This is going to be a great trip. Hopefully I can get a pic of my truck at the fire house, and swap some Marine Corps memorbilia for some FDNY memorbilia./forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

ground zero makes you remember why Bush put the hammer down. All these "stop the war" etc idiots need to visit ground zero and face the families that lost loved ones at 9/11. All this "second thought" stuff that Bush is having to face is bs. The US needed to make a statement and did, and the world knows it will do it again if needed now.
