was wondering which tires out there last on the road? in this size 35x14.50x15 the 14.50 can be wider. i dont care about noise and street manners. so far ive heard the Thornbird last forever, i have SSR's on right and they seem to be OK

The Thornbirds I have seen didn't last very long at all on the road. Most of them seemed to wear really uneven which greatly reduced their life.

Thornbirds are the most useless, loud, rough riding, quick wearing hunks of crap to ever see the road.

BFG would be nice if they made them in a 14.50 width

Ground Hawgs or Gumbo Mudders last forever. Dont expect sidewall flex out of them though.
