I need some sliders this week before Moab.
Which brand do you think is the best?
Sorry, I know home built ones can be great but I don't have time for that. Here is my choices so far:
Rockstomper 2" (can have them here next week)
Sulli-built ( No call back yet, Shawn has them)
SEC sliders (kinda like the round look instead of the square)
Anyothers out there?
please help and include web site if possible. Thanks.

As much as I would like you to get the Sulli-built's, I am not going to be able build them for a while. I need to buy a new welder. Since you need them so soon, it might be better to go with Rock Stompers.

Darn Mike,
I really like the ones you did for Shawn. Would it help if I said
PLEASE? (and you fixed your welder). How much would you
want anyway? It might be worth waiting. Or, what if you cut
all the peices up and I had my welder brother weld them up?
I guess there is no need to call me if not. I left you a measage.
Who has Rockstompers 2"? or anything else?
Help me out guys. Sorry, they are not chrome they are black with a small ding from holy cross (Dick Cepek <sp>) but I won't need them.

I have the rockstomper 1-1/2" DOM one piece numbers that connect to the body and frame. They prolly are the strongest out there due to them being one piece and bolted 11 or twelve times to the pinch seam and bolted to the frame and believe me I have used them often. But, they did leave a small dent above both rear wheel wells due to the flexing, but if I didn't have them I would not have any fenders or doors left. Just want you to be aware of what could happen, the UAV is not a show truck but a test truck so I wanted the strongest out there, here is a pic where you can see the dent above the rear wheel, normaly it doesn't even show up in pics.

Thanks guys,
Sorry I haven't got back to you right away, I've got some friends in from out of town which has taken up most of my time. I appreciate the input. Any other input out there would be great but I think I have made up my mind.
