Can Can's program, high protein, low carb, good carbs, limit alcohol. If you want I can email, there are a bunch of posts about it.

Wife says my boobs are bigger than hers and its not fair!!

I said well I'm working on getting mine smaller but that may be a lofty goal:o

THE ALMIGHTY CAN CAN PROTEIN PLAN!!! Jump on the band wagon, it's good stuff. I need to weigh myself again, it's all about high protein, super low sugar and carbs. I cheat by drinking occasionally but damn it, it's hard to quit cold turkey lol. Post up or PM some emails and i'll forward it to yall.

Dymatize Elite my friend. Its pre-digested, low carb, and tastes delicious. I recommend the chocolate flavour.

It's chemically (sp?) digested so that it enters your system faster. I drink 2 to 3 shakes a day, but I also work out pretty hard.

    ^^ What he said.

I am back on the program also (after a little 8 day vacation) and the weight loss is starting again. I am down to 192. I started at 210. i just started back in the gym, so the weight lost will probably stabilize. I am going to start using body fat % and weight.

As far as the weight goes, I have also leveled out at about 285 and staying there. I havent been too faithful but have been working out alot and gaining alot of muscle. So the weight you are losing fat wise is being gained through muscle.

me too on the weight loss. I've stayed at 286 and have been hanging there with a lb or 2 gain here and there. I believe it's because I was at that weight for such a long time and my body recognizes it as a comfortable wieght and hopefully should drop off more in a few weeks.

Yep I usually level out in the weight and then just reshape the body. Just bought some protein stuff from GNC, for meal replacement, we will see if that does anything
