Ok, before i started drinking recently again, i had major problems with tossing and turning, staying up thinking about stuipd stuff , stuff someone should worry about, just tossing and turning,,,

    getting pissed,,

getting MORE pissed that i cant sleep :haha:

    its like a vicious cycle:haha:

    *THE FIX*

1-3 beers a night right around 10pm, and im getting up at the crack of dawn feeling refreshed and invigorated.5 am boom, im up and reeeearing to go.

*just one thing* alchoholism runs in my family, but before a week ago i diddnt drink but once or twice a year. Will one or two beers a night turn me into an alchoholic? Because i dont want to go there........

    *sleeping problem cured*

Two beers a day will cure what "ales" you. I should pretty much live forever following that logic.

    Alcoholism isn't a problem, it's a goal.

I would consider anything you begin to rely on to function e.i. morning ciggerate or chew, nightly beers, an addiction if it becomes a habit you can't quit after a while... but then again if it helps who says it's bad?

I agree completely. But haven't slept normally ever in my life, so ambien was a nice find. And as far as my drinking is concerned...It sure beats the chronic back pain I endure on a daily basis. I would rather have no vices and am truley happy for those who need none...;)

I say that as long as you are in complete control and don't find yourself being a complete ass when drinking, then I see nothing wrong with it.
