the only thing that would do to my truck, is give me a new part to crunch against a rock. and for 50 bucks (currently), thats not a good investment for me.

I think they would look pretty cool on a Black or Dark Blue K5. I hate the original K5 lights.

those are cheesy. One good rock would pulverize them anyway, why waste the $? As far as the anti-lund sunvisor comment goes, I dont see what people have against them. I have one on my truck and it does help with sun glare etc. Thats the reason I have it, not cause it "looks cool". Mine has been twacked with plenty of tree branches and its still a-ok. Sure, if I hit a foot thick branch with it at 10 mph I could prolly break it... but why in the heck would I be driving into big tree branches??!?!!! To each their own, the sun visor works great for me.

Yeah, personally I don't like those lights. But I agree with you and that's whats cool about modifying our own trucks--we can do whatever we want to 'em because WE like the mods.

exactly, who wants to have the exact same rig as everyone else? Speaking of that, I need to talk to Steve Fox about that very thing, his truck has just a few to many similarities to mine (once I swap in the 1 ton axles that is). /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I'm actually an Asian and I hate rice burners and racers so those lights wouldn't work for me.

You people are probably gonna hate me for this but even though I don't like the Altezza style lights, I DO like the all clear ones better. But, fortunately for me, I'm not going to buying a set of any fancy taillights for my K5 at all. I've already got a six-pack of stock taillights just in case I need them.

That must be one of the original versions, because APC has updated that tail lens! Personally, I was laughing when I saw these, but my buddy here at work put them up on our site! Here is a link to the picture of the new, current APC Euro Style Tail Lenses for the 73-87 GM Trucks:

    FUGLY.

For some reason, clear tail lights really bother me. To each his own though, I guess.
