Horror movies scare the crap out of me. The first one I watched was the original "Halloween", way back on my 13th birthday. I didn't sleep for a week.

The last one I dared try to sit through was "The Ring". I fell for all the hype and a lot of friends and CK5ers claimed it wasn't that bad- well, everyone LIED!!!!! I spent half the movie peeking through my hands, and I just about peed myself when the creepy little girl crawled out of the well and out of the TV at the end. Cigar time in the garage was nerve-wracking for about 10 days after I watched that movie.

Well, fast forward 3 years. "The Ring" was on CBC tonight. The conversation between Kim and I was along these lines:

Me- "Okay, it's sunny out and I already know the storyline. This should be a piece of cake!!!"

Kim- "Are you sure?" *unconvinced look*

Me- "C'mon, Kim. It was scarier the first time because it was dark out and I didn't know what to expect. I can handle it this time..."

Kim- "Okay....*minor smirk and eye roll*....I guess if it gets too scary we can just turn it off"

Me - "Yeah, but I'm sure I'll be fine. It's just a movie."

Kim- "Okay, let's watch it. *knowing smirk*

That was at around 8 PM. Funny thing is, it's a two hour movie, and oddly enough I'm posting here at 9:15 PM when the movie ends at 10.:surepal:

What a friggin' pussy, eh? :doah:

    yes, u r. lol! ;)

The Ring is the only film I have ever seen that was actually scary though. Most "horror" films or whatever are almost laughable. The Ring is just... creepy.

Oh My God:rolleyes: You have got to be the biggest pussy in North America. That show was boring. Fock Me to tears, I didn't think You were that bad. Next time I talk to Kim I think I'll remind Her to leave the seat down for You.

Man, I hate scary movies. I guess it goes back to having the nightmare about those flying monkeys in "The Wizzard of ozz". Good luck sleeping tonight.

I stopped watching the ring after like 20 minutes. It was so boring! And everyone says Saw was awesome but I also turned it off. Scary movies suck.

Meh! I didn't like scary movies for a long time...then one day I found out I could watch one without making my pants dirty. It all comes with time, I guess...

The only one I thought was pretty good was Silent Hill... Other than the screaming and exploding fire creatures... That was a little over the top... Otherwise it was awesome... Did a good job of creeping me out

No horror movie is EVER good 20 minutes into it. If you turn one off that soon you are either afraid or not interested in watching a movie.

I'm a BIG movie buff as a lot of you guys know, but I am not good with horror movies. I own a few movies you MAY consider horror movies(Ichi the Killer, Se7en, The Machinist) but they are more hardcore thrillers/mind ****s than horror movies. I'm too jumpy a person. All of my friends think of me as this tough asshole kind of guy, but you see me watch a horror movie and I jump around like a scared puppy.

She never sleeps Canmore, not ever, not even in Canada. :D

In fact, when she crawls out of your TV tonight make sure to run fast.
