I dug this up tonight, the UAV 7 yeras ago, complete with mud flaps, bug shield and running boards. When I bought it a 4" lift with 4" blocks had just been installed, new 35" Mud TA's were also just installed on to the factory 7" rims - yikes.

Great looking rig even then, Steve. And I actually like MY running boards, gokarter- they save my paint and without them my 4 year old daughter couldn't get in the truck by herself........

Take a look at my truck in my photo album below and tell me that my truck is crappy because of the running boards.........

Man when I firsted looked at that I mistaked it for my mothers mall running poseur :-)). I wish my before pictures looked that good. But they involve me, a piece of wire for a throttle and a 5 gallon bucket for a seat.

I thought I was wrong once,
    but I was mistaken

<font color=purple> By the way, what made you first think of starting a site only for Blazers ? I know you owned and liked one but what was the real inspiration behind ColoradoK5.com ???? A little history lesson if you will .........

I guess CK5 started because I found nothing on the web at the time for Blazers, just Jeeps. I put a few pics of my K5 up and a few links to places that I thought would help in a buildup, then one day I found some free cheesy forum software (old timers will remember) to interact with other viewers, then it just got out of control from there.

I think my running boards are still in the cellar. They came off the second night I had the truck. ( I had to work the first night).
