My future home ?? Floor plans of the one I like. $575.00 a month but all utilities are paid.
Looks like that'd do it. Is this just for you, or you and mom?
I can't leave mom high and dry. She will have the bedroom and I'll sleep on the Futon in the livingroom. Mom lost her job recently, so her only income is her social security. My bitchass sister already told mom she couldn't live with her and is talking a low income highrise type thing where mom would not be happy. I mean come on now, mom loans her $$$ when ever she asked, and this is how she treats her. I just couldn't treat my mom like that.
I must have mssedsomething, what happend to the place you were living?
Right now we're washing walls and I'm shampooing the carpets tomorrow so I can start showing it as of monday. I'm asking $18,000.00 OBO. The guy that owns the trailer park has been buying up alot of trailers lately, I just want the house too look it's best (super clean) before I have him come take a look. You might have missed my job offer in Omaha. I'll make almost two grand more a month then I am currently here in Rapid City, and it'll be easier work (garrentied work).
Good for you man! What goes around comes around, there's just bigger orbits for some people.
I guess I'm old school, I firmly believe in takeing care of family no matter what.
Yep, missed the job part. Sounds like things are going well.
50/50. Mom lost her job up here, so the timeing is right on this job offer. It's a pretty easy job, my friend Jim owns a lawn care company. He mostly does bussinesses, For instance, he does all the Blockbusters from Council Bluff's, Ia. to Lincoln, Ne. Heck, I couldn't begin too guess how many Blockbusters in just Omaha, not too mention all the surrounding communities. So I'll be sitting on a larger mower most of the summer. Then plowing snow in the winter providing it snows. I ran it for him for a summer back in the late 90's, so I do know how too run the equipment.
that looks like a kickass place. Rent is right. How is the area of town? thats a big thing.
Between L and Q off 96th in Omaha, Ne. I like that part of town alot. It's border line Omaha, border line Ralston. It's mostly upper middle class, some familys, but mostly couples and singles. Lots of Apt complexs in the area. Don't want too sound like a racist, but that part of town is 90% white, and a 10% of everything else. I really don't know how too discribe it.
hey works for me. Hope it works out for you.
a couple of things to look out for are:
heat type, boilers are a pain in the ass cause its hot as hell
do they allow a/c
do they allow portible dishwashers
type of entry system (ie. enterphone, or buzzboard)
Centreal A/C and either gas or electric heat. Built in dish washers in each apt. and security entry with the buzzboard on every building in the complex.
pfft, you'd be a fool not to
do they allow pets?
Cats only. But that's cool, cause I only have cats right now.
perfect. your dog sized cats should enjoy it.
He won't care aslong as someone rubs his belly and feeds him, LOL.
A nice kitchen? The size of the bathroom? Who cares!... Hows the wheelin around there???? lol
Congrats and good luck.
The Omaha area is a mudding area, not much rock crawling. But the kitcken is decent size, electric stove. Huge bathroom, and I kind of care.
I was joking Z.
