odr doesn't actually make them. They are built by another company IIRC. I know the steering brace is.

the Chevy and the Ford are 2 distinctly different designs, whereas, these, are clearly a copy of the ORD part. Kert did something completely different when he began producing his. nobody AFAIK produces an Echobit style flip. i think ORD should shut this guy down, and fast.

not a different design, just a different execution of a idea
there is only so many ways to make those
also unless ORD had a patent, not much they can do about it.

so you're going to tell me that Ford TTB and a GM style front suspension are the same design? i think not.

the steering braces have a patent on them, so i would bet these probably do too.

Kert found another way to do it.
Sky found another way to do it.
Echobit found another way to do it.

This is an EXACT copy of the ord flip, not close but exact. wouldnt be so bad if a buddy bought on then he took measurments and made a set for himself but he is reselling them! He is blatenly stealing soemone elses work and reaping the rewards. Lets burn the focker:angry1:

You are putting words in my mouth. I just said it is not worth taking legal action. Ask him to stop, sure, but this isn't costing steve enough money to take legal action.

yes i did send it. its not just 80 dollars, it adds up. besides if someone want an ord flip and gets the kind of service they offer then you get return customers who buy other product which equals more money. Beside that the priciples behind it. the guys a theif, plain and simple.

    1. It has nothing to do with copywrite law.
    2. Spell check.
