    thorley\'s or JBA?

cant decide which header to use. not sure how much the thorley's, are 4 bills? i know the JBA's are around 5-6 bills. are there any fit or quality differences? im thinking shorty headers, would full length be better? its for a stock 350.

thorleys are 4 bills for the normal coating, about 5 1/2 for ceramic coating........im buying my second set but this time im going ceramic, cause i plan on keeping these for alonggggggggggg time. also full length are better IMHO.

FWIW, I got Thorleys about 7 years ago and they are holding up great. Never even had to tighten them up or anything.

my buddy has thorleys and they seem like they are pretty good quality. will i have problems with full length headers? clearence? i thought full length are better for high rpm, shorties are torqier. any truth to this?

Full length are better across the board, and cost the same. To me shorties are for swapping, or really tight clearances....

full lenghts will hang, i bent mine while out at Dusy Ershim

i got Hooker SBC shortys and they are awsome. no interference with the shackles, under the frame, great quality

I don't want to hi-jack this thread, but what do yall do w/ all that smog stuff on the block?

I'm guessing it doesn't matter unless you are located in a city w/ emmissions testing.
