I know you can bolt on the TBI and intake from a 305 to a 350. The injectors are different though. I currently have a 305 w/TBI and plan to build a 350 this coming winter.

thats kinda another things i thought of, is maybe just the injectors are different and i could just take my 350 injectors out but the bores might be diferent, i think the big block bores are bigger, i wouldnt mind gettine a 454 t.b. as long as i knew the differences. thanks for reply though.

Like said before, I believe the 4.3 and the 5.0 and 5.7 all use the same TBI just different size injectors, the 7.4 I know uses a bigger bore TBI and also the TPS switch is different but there is a harness to adapt to your wiring.

ok thanks alot /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif so does that mean the 7.4 uses different injectors than a 350 and if so would it hurt to run them in the 350?

The 454 TBI injectors are rated at like 85lb/hr /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif That is a little too much fuel for a 350...unless you can increase the amount of air into the engine by the same proportion....
