at least for a little while!!!

I am not worth to be a CK5 member, got stuck tonight and got pulled out by a 1ton, 2wd, F*** truck, I really do apologize for that!!!

O.K., main reason is I am moving from Germany to Turkey, so for the next 8 weeks I will be offline most of the time.
Will take at least 3 months to custom clear my rig (special permission required to import more than 5y old cars), will be hard time without her.
Thanks to everybody so far, helping me to get my rig in the right condition for this 1.800 mls trip through the "Wild East". Will have the rear a** packed with all kind of spare parts, hope she will make it.

Sad news, Balou (the F**d thing) - no, but seriously, I do wish You all the best in Turkey. Hope it won't be too hard down there. Good luck for driving Your rig down there. Might need the good old 4X4 for the roads on Your way ...

P.S.: That seems to postpone our Munich meeting for a while, doesn't it?

I used the inside of my tailgate to smugle a rife into and out of Mexico. I passed through customs 4 times with no one even thinking of it. BE CAREFULL big American 4x4`s are loved by many armed thugs, manboys, and militants. I almost lost mine in Chiapas to some 18 yearold punks who had a 12 guage and a rusted pistol. It was a Mexican stand off that lasted for 20 min. with all three of us yelling and pointing our weapons at eachother. It was only the fact that I had my truck between us that they finally got too scared to follow through with there plans. Be smart! Be safe, and only take advice from people you really trust!

You be carefull Balou! And keep upp the good work. We have had IFCO cases for 1 year now and it really cut's down on the garbage volume... I dont know if you have anything to do with the vegetables themself but if you talk to somebody in charge down there tell them Espen in Harstad is getting poor quality to often...that will give them a scare...Or is it the guys in Oslo that is keeing it to long before they send it upp nort to us nort-polers?
    Safe jurney!

Be careful what you bring, you did see the movie "the midnight express" (I think that was the name).

    Have fun.
