Anyone remember that old flick? :D It's from the early 80's. I bought a bunch of DVD's off ebay, and it was only 4.00 new.. so I snagged it up. I had not seen it for a long time... and wasn't sure if I'd like it. I liked it well enough in the 80's when it came out.. but things change. It wasn't bad. It had a nice first gen, orange & white K5 too. :thumb: I also noticed that they changed the ending somewhat.. not sure why.. but they did. Not enough to change the story etc.. but I didn't see the point... unless it was a gore factor.

For those who have not seen it, the basic jist is:

Lyle Swann, moto-cross rider is down at the Baja 1000 and rides through a "timewarp" test being held in the dessert. He ends up in 1877 without knowing... since he's out in the dessert. An "outlaw" gang see's him, and the fealess leader wants to get ahold of his "riding mchine". :p:

It's got a hot chick.. first gen, baja, moto-cross.. and cowboys. Yeah, it's a dude flick. :haha: A bit of 80's corn to it.. but not too bad. :thumb:

    I also snagged:

    Slap shot
    The fearless vampire killers
    Fast times at ridgemont high
Hello down there (old kid's movie, for my kiddos)
Chitty chitty bang bang (for the kiddos)

    That is all. :D

Yeah, ya gotta love the hanson brothers. :waytogo:

I remember seeing that movie at the theater in 77, and it was a little "rough" for the time. These days, it's pretty tame. I'm taking it (slap shot) to the station with me today. Theres a youngster I work with who plays on our FD hockey team, and he's never seen it. :thumb:
