How do i find out if my timing advance is working properly? It seems like When I go up a grade with A/C on, I have no power. I know with A/C on, my power will decrease, but this is really noticable. I'm also wondering if it could be my crappy gear ratio, 2.73 with 32's
    Thanks
    Ray

I would say the gears would have a LARGE part. And how many miles?
Does your 84 have the TH350 tranny?

I know it's a PIA, but consider regearing. You'd have to dump some seriuos change to make up the gains that a gear upgrade would get you. I swear by my 4.10's, turns 33's all day long w/o breaking a sweat.

Why do people keep calling it a Bronco!!!!! [IMG]
