Anyone collect tire ashtrays? I've got a couple and I'm thinking about pulling them out now that I've almost got my bar set-up.

What I really would like is to find one with an off-road tire. The closest I can find is tractor tires. Anyone ever seen one made with a BFG M/T or A/T, or a Swamper?

Saw some at Tractor Supply a while back...............might have been tractor tires though.

Like in the pic above. I used to see them in tire stores & gas stations (back when they still sold tires) when smoking indoors was normal. My dad's company used to do work for the big tire companies. That's where I got mine. Of course you can find them on e-bay. I haven't had them out since the last time I had an in-door man room (they would get lost or broke in the garage). That was about 8 yrs ago so I don't remember exactly which ones I have anymore, but IIRC I have 2 good ones from the 60s-70s, one with broken ashtray of the same vintage, and one good on from the 80s (the only one I bought).

Like I said I've seen them with H.D truck tires & tractor tires, but never a wheeling tire. I pay for one like that. Most of what is on e-bay is more than I'm willing to pay for one because it's just more of the same, with different store names. http://search.ebay.com//search/search.dll?from=R40&satitle=tire+ashtray

Email Interco and see if they ever made any as promotions.
