    Dear k5 drivers,

    On my `89 silverado i have 32x12.50/15 tires what is the best pressure for them onroad and offroad ?

    It really does depend on the tire it self!
    One way to get the correct pressure for onroad use and the longest tire life would be to start off by over inflating the tires then drive the wet tires on dry pavement so it makes a tire mark and with them over flated the very center of the tire sould be the only mark. Now deflate the tire until you get a nice and uniform mark on the ground.I read that somewere never tried it though.
    As for off road it's up too you for the teraiin your running on this is what I do: sand 15psi, trails and backwoods 20psi, rocks and riverbeds 20 to 10 depending on the sevarity of the trail.
