tire sizes

    well i need tire pretty dam bad, what are the biggest meat i can put on a stock 79 4x4 blazer, thank n advance

    the answers to this will vary i have 33x12.5x16in tires and no lift and no rubbing BUT i have no backspacing on my rim's and that is why i can get away with it. if you have a negative backspacing you will rub when articulating so the key is no backspacing or + backspacing hope this helps

    All trucks are different, so there is not one right answer for all K5's. A 31x10.50 will for sure fit, 32's usually fit and 33's sometimes fit and sometimes don't. The other guy said his 33's fit fine with no lift, but I lifted the front of my truck 2.75 inches and my 33's still rubbed a little bit so I had to trim the fenders. Just something to keep in mind.

    32x11.50-15 for 8 inch wide rims.
