Burritos for me. I'm a yankee though so my burritos are just shells with meat(in a taco seasoning) with mild sauce. They didn't have medium sauce at the store so I settled. Forgot lettuce, still great :D

    What is for dinner tonight?

alright, soft taco then. Whatever, I don't like hard shells and just call the ones in soft shells, burritos.

Sometime I will have to venture into making my own chili. Mom usually makes it once a month. She'll make a pot on Saturday morning and we eat it randomly all weekend. I'll have to do it sometime so my roommate and I can eat for a weekend. Last time I went home for the weekend I made her make it for me :o should have had her teach me.

its pretty easy for just basic chili. i brown 6 pounds of groung chuck. then i like v-8 juice to start it. one whole white onion, cut up.beans and mustard .and chili powder. or you can buy the chili mix powder . perfect for the sunday night special. but if i make just chili for dinner then i ad italian sausage, fresh tomatoes, lots o hot peppers. and what ever else pops into my brain.:D

the wife just called and told me that I'm having catfish fillets grilled on the Foreman with a bake potato and a salad with balsamic vinegerett dressing, hmmmmmmm............NOT! I'd rather have my fish fried but the dr. says I need to loose some weigh so my blood pressure will drop. :(
