I wish every town in the US held our fallen heroes in this high esteem:

Just scroll down and look at the pics and the commentary, it's pretty short.

As always, apologies in advance to the repost gestapo should I have committed the unpardonable sin  .

    Respect

Yes it is correct. I just clicked on it a while ago and it went straight to the page. pretty amazing report. Too bad a large part of the rest of the world doesn't give USA the respect you deserve for the work you're doing. I've got a 'God Bless America' sticker on my Blazer here and I get some funny looks.

Thanks, it's great to hear that not everyone "over the pond" thinks of our boys as "bloodthirsty babykilling crusaders", contrary to what our media would have us think.

You're very welcome. The world needs America to be American more than America realises. We have done since WW1.

Right on Kiwi John, we appreciate support from our Founders Homeland.

What a dignified and honourable public display of gratitude to this young soldier.

The whole town turned out on the streets in West Point MS, to say farewell to the National Guard being deployed 3 years ago. My Mom and Dad were there.

Small towns are where you can find America.

this may be the most outstanding display of patriotism and troop support I have seen since we went into Iraq. Great stuff!!! :usaflag: I agree that every fallen vet should get the same kinda treatment.

Which is why as soon as we comfortably can we'll be moving back to a small town. Big cities are great for work but a small town is where we feel most at home.
