Since I had the top off I figured I would do a quick repaint so it wasn't gray anymore. Only took 3 hours total. All I did was sand it down smooth with a palm sander (found some bondo work that coincides with some bondo I found on the body, seems it was hit pretty bad), did some touch up sanding, then with 2 cans of gloss black (needs 4). It looks a bunch better /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    Thank you /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The truck came with the deflector and it works really good. Brand name on it says GTS (never heard of it but seen similar ones at 4 wheel parts).

I think the site hosting the pics has a usage limit, and this has been reached.

Love the pics, sweet rig. What you did is the look I'm going for on mine. I'm planning on using the same base/clear black paint that I'm using on the rig. Blazers topless kick ass /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Thanks!!! I wanted to see what a smoothed top would look like and I am surprised it looks pretty dam good. I haven't clear coated it yet but will when I do a few more coats. I just wanted the top to be as shiny as the rest of the truck (I am picky about the truck matching primer to primer and shiny to shiny, its a sickness /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif ).
