Five actually. Only one or two is what you'd think of as a fire truck. Two are 1970 or even 1960 era Chevys and one is a 1980's flatbed K30 brush truck

One flew through here Sunday. Today we just had mild storms. Sunday winds tore up trees, power lines, and ripped off roofs though...

I'm right in the middle of it. It stormed bad last weekend and I got caught outside in 80+ mph wind while trying to close the shed door... but it kept blowing me back into the shed as I was trying to pull the door shut. Then running through the yard in a mad dash for the house was a blast... it probably looked like I was making a special olympics bloopers tape.

About 30 miles from me a White Castle was blown down and two different stores collapsed killing one person in each. One of the guys killed was a minister who was shopping for Easter clothes for his kids. :(

Must be because of the cold Canadian air coming down. I love it when the weathermen blame it on us.

I've been through many many tornados. Growing up in the midwest, they are just a fact of life every spring/summer.

To give an idea of how bad it's been. The news was just saying that the midwest at this time of the year averages 170 or so tornados by now. So far this year we have had 470. Crazy chit!
