I have been looking around trying to find a th350 for my blazer. The problem is, I don't know what I am talking about.
Pretending that I can remove my sm465/np205 combo, then what? what will I be looking at? I searched the web all day for pictures of where and how a tranny mounts and came up with a big fat nuttin.
Can some one explain to me what is involved in removing my 4 speed?
Then after I get that out, how do I install my th350. Is it as simple as bolting it together again? what is a torque converter, and where does it go?
I wish I had money and I could just take it to a shop and pick it later... sigh, but what would I learn.

The best bet would be to involve a local buddy that has some experience doing this. Its the best way to learn and to try to avoid mistakes. May cost you beer. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif To bad you dont live around here....
