Torque for cam sprocket gear?

    Anyone know the torque for the camshaft sproket bolts? I know 50 is too much! Snapped one off in the cam last night. Thank god for good extraction tools! Now, to do it right...

    I don't have the book handy to look up the torque spec, but here's a good thing to use to make sure that the bolts stay in place:
