After crossing a stream while doing some wheelin' my brakes are very touchy now.( I just did the pads and rotors)
Is this normal?and is this permanent?

thats normal and will go away..but it should have gone away with a few mins of driving...so maybe you caused some other problems

  3. Yes this is normal mine have always done this after being in water but it usually goes away with in a few mins of driving. Mine will do this in the morning to when I first go and start up my truck because the rotors and stuff rust over night up here. Usually due to the fog etc, but it goes away in a few mins. Dont worry about it unless it does not go away. Later 80K20

I agree, my brakes are touchy in the morning after it rains at night, all I need to do is go 1/2 block with the brakes halof pressed and I'm good to go.

Permanent until you go to disks : )

Lol, I know what you are talking about, and it SUCKS when it happens in mud and you are trying to stop from sliding. Mine does go away after a few more brake applies, its just annoying.
