With the type of bumper that the Blazer uses on the front, you will be able to rent one from U-Haul and have good luck with it. They hook around the back side of the bumper and have soft pads that push on the face of the bumper to make it all tight. I've used them many times with good results.

I have a 5000 pound towbar for sale. I used it once to move from Georgia to Pa. It is made by Hidden Hitch. I paid $180 for just the bar and had to buy the chains and a light kit. In total I have about $260 in it and will take $125 plus shipping. Since the site will be down for a few days you can e-mail me at wakdjk@yahoo.com if you are interested in it.

JCwhitney carries one for about 125 sometimes you can get it on sale for 99. It's a 5000lb one, chains are not included. The Tbar bolts to the bumper(requires making holes). I took the bumper off of mine and bolted it to the frame.
