Do I just buy the standard hooks? Are they universal? Do I just drill holes in the frame bolt and go? Or do they make specific tow hooks for the blazers?

they tend to be universal, though you can prolly find factory original stuff (military chevy trucks?) too.

I just bought 2 of the $10 hooks, drilled some holes and bolted up. And they worked fine. Had to grand a little off bottom of bumper but other than that no probs. :D
