What year? My 87 Jimmy has the bolt holes through the frame/bumper brackets.

What kind of hooks do you have or want?

If they're the factory type, then you don't need to drill holes. Just get longer grade 8 bolts and install them.

If you want or have aftermarket hooks, drill holes in the bottom frame horn and bolt them in.

I'd prefer to stick with the factory hooks as they are bigger and plentiful if one should bend. Plus, the holes are already there for you to bolt them in.

I'm not a fan of drilling or welding anything on the frames.

Ok, I found the thread and two members have a pair they're trying to sell to someone who was asking for a set in the "wanted" forum.

One member is "94yukon" and the other is "BizeeB65".

You may want to post a thread here in the "garage" and ask for one of these two members to send you an email.

Don't ask for the hooks in this forum. If you do, it will get moved to the "wanted" forum. Just ask for the members to send you an email.

I have a set of factory hooks I will no longer use. They are in good shape, just bolt em to your truck and go. My truck is an 89. How much are they worth?

    '89 won't work on the 73-80 trucks.

    Mounting holes are different.
