Has any body put TPI on their blazer. Also how hard is it to do this and how much does it cost overall and is it worth it. The reason is i have a rebuilt 305 with the original carburator and i get 8-9 miles per gallon that is horrable we have rebuilt the carburator 2 times already just seems to get worse. So please any body that knows anything please leave your input.

well, there are a lot of things that can affect mileage, I mean a LOT. To me, it doesn't sound like TPI is going to cure your problem. TPI is more fuel efficient, but its not like you are going to go from 8 to 20MPG unless your carb IS the problem. I would suggest, if you suspect the carb, is go beg borrow or steal another known working one, and throw it on there. Again, things such as the wrong speedometer gear, larger or smaller tires than stock, different gear ratios, different stall converter freeway or city driving, and much more, can all affect MPG.
