<font color=blue> Microsoft lazer mouse for me ! Love it ! It's amazing how you notice the lack of drag from the ball rolling ones ! Impressive !

I've got the Microsoft optical track-ball. Just roll the ball with your thumb.

I have the laser mouse too by MS... I couldn't get used to the thumb thing and this mouse is cool and doesn't take much movement. I love mine! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Logitech 3 button for me, I don't like trak-balls, or the 3rd wheel button on a mouse. Guess I'm old fashioned and resist change.

Trackballs are great when you have no space. Personally I don't like them, though, I find them too hard to control. Optical mouse or touch-pad for me.

Logitech optical mouse with the scroll wheel...

What I like about the scroll wheel is that you can push it down like a button and a target icon will come up. I never knew what the use was until I came across one of those websites that is really wide...
I found out with the target thingy up you don't need to side scroll, just move the mouse a little one way or the other. Same for up and down.

I'll never use a mouse without the scroll wheel...

Used to hate the idea of a scroll wheel, and i still don't like the one i have now, BUT I did have a mitsumi mouse that had a scroll lever on it. Quite nice, each pull moved x number of lines down or up, no slipping like the wheel. Never have found another one of those.
