JK5 and I planning a trail ride for Saturday November 12, 2005 in Wellsville, OH. There will be a few members from my club attending. 6.2Blazer from this board will be there. We'd like to see some full sizes from this board attend. It's quite likely that I'll have the only Ford at the ride, so feel free to bring the insults……I can take 'em. ;) JK5 knows the area well, and we plan to hit the more difficult trails.

Rigs should have at least one locker, and 35" & larger tires are recommended. For those who have a ways to drive, there are hotels within 15 minutes (probably less) of the trails. I live about 135 miles away, and plan to arrive Friday evening, get a hotel, wheel all day Saturday, stay overnight again & head home Sunday morning.

If anyone is interested, post here.

I drove out to Badlands last year...that wasn't THAT far!!! ;)

You should meet-up with 6.2 Blazer in Columbus...
It's just 2.5-3 hours more than his ride.

    LOL...You just don't know what you're missing....
    High Pucker factor!!!! :p:

I am wheeling this weekend, just at the Badlands again. I know, I'm a puss but I just don't have the tow rig needed for long hauls. Have fun and take plenty of pics for us web wheelers. Oh, Jerry , Keep the tires on the down side

What day this weekend are you going to the badlands? I might have to sneak over there and meet up with you. I've only had the jeep out once this year.

    Hey Roy

Do you have a winch??? How's about the others in the group???
There's a killer trail I rode last time I was there that requires one. :wink1:

    JK5: I have a winch. I have Buford. I doubt I'll need the winch. ;)

BigBird: Bring it; I'd like to drag it.

Well, I have a MileMarker 12000 Electric. I usually refer to is as the 100 pound POS that sits on the front bumper. But some people do refer to them as a winch. :D

One of the guys from my club asked me to ask you if we'll have to pay to enter the OakTree area?

Can't wait for this weekend. Packed the tools last night and hooked up the trailer. Just need to load up the ol' K5 tonight and it will be ready to head out Friday afternoon.

So, which one of us gets to drag the first stuck Jeep around?
