Well, come to find out a locked D60 front, 39.5 Boggers, deep ruts, a little horsepower, and stock box don't mix. I even had the ORD frame brace. Probably why I just broke the box and ripped out one bolt hole instead of breaking frame. Well, we got it home safe with the rachet strap holding the box tight to frame. Now she awaits a weld in frame steering box kit. I figure that, plus welding some straps from frame around box back to frame will help. Also going to the Texas offroad ram and AGR super pump. Any negatives on the AGR pump? or is the mods to stock pump adequate to do the job and reliable? Anyone heard anything negative about the Texas offroad set-up? Here is the link to pics? Also anyone able know how to upload a video clip from a dig video? as I have some good footage of the rig in the holes. http://coloradok5.com/gallery/albun71?&page=1

Any negatives? Yeah, the PRICE$$$$. Or maybe lousy support? Or maybe unstopable leaks? The last two are "hear say" but were reported by more than one person here. I only recall one person who was happy with the setup and he said he was friends with the owner IIRC. I'm going the West Texas route. He seems to really know his stuff and he is quite confident that the mods he suggests are sufficient. They are all that he uses on his trucks. Good enough for me to at least give it a try before fooling with AGR...

Whatr are the mods you can do to a stock pump? Keep hearing about it - any links/directions?

Does the Tx Offroad group have HD pumps?

My AGR steering box is holding up well. Leaked out of the pressure line fitting until I re-seated it. Now it is dry and works good. No overheating either.

    That is awesome.

Anyone done that with success on a Chevy?

I've seen the WTO Ram steering on a Blazer at a local mud comp. Looks exactly like it does in the picture. It was on a mid-70's Blazer on 44 boggers. He had the guy install it for him, according to him it was just as good as AGR and half the price. As far as I know he did say he had any problems with the set-up.
