About ready to purchase a trailer and wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a place to purchase a good trailer.
I have a place in mind. Have heard some great things, but wanna see if I can find one a little closer...otherwise I'll pay the couple hundred for shipping.
Here is what I am looking at:

*20 foot open deck car hauler (18ft w/2ft dovetail)
    *Full steel deck
    *(2) 5200# brake axles
    *2 5/16" bulldog hitch
    *new wheels and tires
    *spare tire w/mount
    *hideaway 5ft ramps
    *wrapped tongue
    *removable fenders
*rubber mounted flush mount lights (like the big rigs use)

Frame is made of 5" CHANNEL and the crossmembers are made of 3" channel.
    Deck is steel diamond plate.

Possibly a brake-away kit. I've heard mixed feelings on those set ups. Any first hand experience with the brake away kit versus saftey chains only?

Most of the ones I see are made of angle iron...the channel I would think has to be much stronger.

All that will run about $2500 delivered.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
