Was wondering what is involved with putting a trailer wiring harness on an 87 K5. (flat connector type) The last one I put on was a 91 2wd GMC truck and it was a simple plug in type - took about 1 minute. Is this Blazer wired like that (plug in style) or will I have to cut, splice, test and solder?? /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Haven't looked at the wiring close, and haven't checked what type of harness the parts stores have yet.

They make the plug in types for it and sell them at NAPA.

Thing the plug in style for our trucks is about $15 at the auto places. SOOO much better than cut/splice. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
