I have a spare T350 that I can replace it with or do you think I can get away with just replacing the Front Pump Seal

Sounds more like a torq converter seal. Yeah you probably can get away with just changing the seals. If it's the torq converter seal there is a bushing/bearing that the converter rides on I would recomend replacing that also. Check the converter for any damage on the seal surface. Most tranny shops will sell you that seal.

It's not my damn planet monkey boy!

The exact same thing happened to my work truck about a month ago. I was backing our dump trailer up on a crappy backroad(it was loaded with 6000lbs of 3/4 crush) when all of a sudden, ZING!!!!, something let go.............Ended up being just what Grim said- The bearing blew out and took the seal with it..........puked about a gallon of ATF out before I figured out what was wrong and shut of the motor!!!!

I'm not sure how much it costs to repair, though. The Co. paid the bill!!!!!![IMG]

Among the many things I've had happen tranny wise, the last thing it did was puke out the bearing and dumped fluid REAL kwik like! It also took out my converter at the same time so check yours. I lost a 2500 stall. [IMG] At present I will be pulling the tranny for the 5th time when I get the new tranny. Theres something MAJOR wrong w/ mine so I got a whole new one to have built.
