I've tried shops before that I was referrd to, and got screwed twice. Now I use AAMCO, and haven't had any problems. I got 80,000 miles out of my first AAMCO rebuilt 700r4 (I drive my daily driver really hard) and I've gotten almost 80,000 miles out of my second so far. Great work.

If it's a 700r4 it runs about $550-$650 with all the updates. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Yeah, I second that on Plano Tranny. Great shop, haven't had a problem...I would stay away from AAMCO...like most chain shops, there could be a few good ones out there, but I have never heard anything good about the place until this post. Anyway, Plano tranny did mine and built a shift kit for it for $1100 I think...thats with them pulling it, etc
