I don't know what it is... I'm thinking it's the tranny slipping, but I don't see how that can be because I just got a new engine and tranny in it last winter. I notice most going around corners..... it acts like it doesn't have enough power then shifts real hard and its ok. One morning though it cut out the whole way in to town. Whatta ya'll think??

i had a problem like that and it was the distributor. but i also replaced the q-jet, fuel-pump, 2 filters and a tune up...all those seemed to cure it [IMG]

I'd say check the fluid level, too... An old car I had did that when the front seal blew, every corner would send the fluid away from the pickup, and the thing would slip until I was going strait and it could level out, then slam back into the right gear.

edit: oops, I'm guessing this might be a solved issue... I didn't realize it was that old....
