My turbo 350 emits a squeal/squeak when it down shifts from second to first. It lasts about 2-3 seconds. It's not the brakes. It does it even when I don't apply the brakes. Any Idea what is wrong. It still works, but I wonder if it is a concern.

With a Squeak its probebly your clutches. Mine started to squeal in starting out and up shift from first to second. Caught it just in time. Another 1k miles or so and big trouble. I'd have it checked out by a tranny pro.
