want to get rid of the auto\OD tranny in my 1985 6.2 blazer, any advice would be appreciated. Would like to go to a 3speed auto or a manual. It's hard to find parts in Ontario, any help in this category would be great. /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

Just get the th400 that came in the 1ton 6.2 equiped trucks.
You can get any th400 but you need to get the flexplate from a one ton diesel, and the diesel torque converter, because it's a six bolt instead of the 3 bolt, and lower stall speed than the gas Torque converter.
You can also post this question on the diesel forum here on K5. You will probably get more answers there.
