Have a TH 400/203 combo to put into K5 when I have cash for doubler (have a 205 that has to get converted to 32 spline female input). A question I just came up with when adjusting my TV cable after TBI spacer install, was when I swamp in the TH 400 that is off of 78 sub, where do I get the vacum for the mod. Just splice off of a vacum on TBI or what? New to the trans thing, but think I am going to try it as so far I am building my own. Thanks in advace for info.

All you should need is an intake manifold vacuum source. You should have a take-off from your throttle body. Just make sure it is not ported vacuum. Vacuum should be stronger at idle, weaker when you rev the engine.
