I just bought a tranny temp gauge, and I am dont have the time or a welder at the moment to drop the pan and weld in the sending unit. Is it possible to pipe it into the tranny lines?? If so which line should I go into the line leaving the tranny or the return line after the stock & aftermarket coolers? Thanks for you help and sugestions are welcome.

Yes it is possible, why, with only one sensor either line will work.
Use both lines and use a switch to select which sensor you are reading.

Why not just tap into one of the line pressure ports on the side of the tranny? There should be a couple of plugs already threaded in. Pull one out and get an adapter to put it in. I personally don't like cutting tranny lines unless I absolutely have to.
