    how do i tell if i have a turbo350 or a turbo400?

    77 k5 400sb, edelbrock rpm, carter 625,4" rancho 3" body, 3.08 10bolt 12bolt 33-12.5 soon to be 4.56 and 35s bfg km

    The pan on a Turbo 350 looks like a square with one corner lopped off. A Turbo 400 pan looks sorta like a map of Texas. [​IMG] If it's the stock tranny, then it's a 350. K5's never came with Turbo 400's from the factory. [​IMG]

    if you have a 77...
    an auto tranny will be a TH350 and it will be mated to a NP203
    a manual will be mated to a 205
    just FYI
