    got an 8 inch lift bad drive line angles got cv shafts back and front think I can drop the T case inch and a half with out to many problems /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

    on my pickup with 8", i dropped mine 1.5"s. it worked fine.
    but as you drop the back the front driveline get's put more in a bind.
    worked on my pickup don't know about k5.

    What did you do about the torque mount on the t case??

    if you're talking about the bar from the tranny to transfor case, i didn't have one.

    Im talking about the mount on the side of the t case that mounts to the frame.

    i've tore apart a FEW chevy's in my day, with 203's,205's and 208's and you've got me lost.
    what are you talking about (crossmember??????)
