I was under my 89 Jimmy and noticed the rear seal on the T-case is leaking. It is the seal where the driveshaft goes in. How hard is it to replace. Doesn't look that hard to do but wanted to make sure. It is a 241 T-case. Thanks.

It's very easy to do... get a seal puller for a few bucks at the parts store, pull the d-shaft and you're set. One caution... be carefully on prying it out... Sometimes the lip on the t-case can be fragile. I have seen a few broken in the shop... one guy duct taped it LOL. But didn't have any probs w/ mine... 5 minute job [IMG]
