    Hey,
I've got an 86 Chevy with 6.2 motor and th-400 tranny mated to an np205 t-case which I just installed in place of a 208. Now tranny fluid is leaking where the t-case adapter mates to the tranny. That got me wondering if I didn't put enough rtv or let it cure long enough and if there are some seals that are needed in there. I dont remember seeing a seal between the trans, adapter, and t-case. I got the adapter and t-case out of an 89 1 ton. Anyone know what seal I should have put in there and part numbers? Thanks a lot.

there is usually a gasket between both the t-case and tranny where it mounts to the adapter...
