I currently have a TH350/NP203 set-up. A while back I aquired a NP205 that mates up to a TH350. What is the work involved with this swap? From what I understand I need a different crossmember, and then driveline work. Is there anything I am missing, any tips/suggestions for this swap?

I also am not sure on the condition of the NP205 I aquired. It is complete with the adapter, yokes, and shifter. Looks good overall, but should I replace certain seals before I put it on?

    Thanks for any input

    Mike

Leave the crossmember alone. They interchange easily.

I believe you will need to address your attention to the driveshafts more than anything else.

    Everything else is a drop-in. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

hmmm, that adds to the complexity of the swap for sure. Something to do this winter though.
