I recently installed a 3" body lift on my 85 blazer, and i just noticed that my transfercase doesn't really do anything when i try to shift it into 4wd, do i need to adjust the linkage to the case or is my case done.

One more thing to make sure of is that when you lifted the body you may have in-advertantly cause the vacum line to pop off or tear if the line runs through a body braket anywhere.

Mine does that too, I think my hubs are bad--my brother parked it in a swamp!--and I think they no longer lock. Try turning the fornt driveshaft by hand with the truck off, see if the front axle locks up. Mine, the left side locks the right side doesn't. Not sure what that means but I've been told that the auto hubs are bad, maybe someone else can explain it better.

Four wheel drive, four wheel expenses...

The hole in your floor board may need some trimming. Sometimes the body lift will not give the shifter enough room to shift into 4 wheel drive. Crawl under and look up to see if it is hitting the tub.

I thought I was wrong once,
    but I was mistaken

Yeah, what Butch said. If the t-case was working before the lift, then I would suspect the hole the shifter goes through is in the way and needs to be cut out a little longer.

I don't think so, therefore I'm probably not.

    ArrowheadK5,

Just ditch your auto hubs. They're unreliable anyway and will fail when you need them most, much like they did to me.
