I have an 88 with a 700R4 Tranny. Do any of you know which way the transmission fluid flows to and from the radiator? (Is the fluid being pushed OUT of the upper radiator connection, or vice versa?)
I'm installing an in line transmission temp guage, and wanna make sure I have it reading before the factory and aftermarket tranny coolers. Any help is appreciated.

Bottom line on radiator: flows to radiator. (use this one - if you must put the sender in the line, try to get it at close to the transmission as possible)

Top line on radiator: flows back to transmission.
